• This role is based in RamSoft's downtown Toronto office and supports local and remote activities as part of the global IT team.
• The office is in a historic building with four steps at the entrance and elevator access inside.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain office servers, networks, employee equipment, and related IT systems.
• Configure, stage, and ship server and workstation hardware.
• Set up new hires with equipment, software, wiring, orders, and IT orientation support.
• Train staff on IT equipment and applications.
• Participate in system design and planning and maintain accurate documentation and diagrams.
• Monitor system performance, report metrics, analyze issues, and recommend improvements.
• Design, maintain, administer, and optimize infrastructure systems and business application servers.
• Install hardware and software and perform operating system patching, configuration management, and security updates.
• Support AI, generative AI, automation platforms, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI services.
• Support healthcare imaging environments, including PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, imaging workstations, and related infrastructure.
• Manage user tickets, prepare hardware for customer-facing demonstrations, and tune remote system performance.
