Role Overview
Lead client success across NetSuite ERP and custom engagements in a high-visibility, client-facing project leadership role.
Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to support seamless solution delivery.
Operate within the Pacific Time Zone and lead implementations from kickoff through rollout.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships and keep projects within agreed time frames.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resources, and conflicting project priorities.
- Apply the company delivery structure and project management methodology during implementations.
- Deliver business and project reviews covering proposed solutions.
- Report on budgets, project status, risks, and escalated issues.
- Coordinate IT teams on requirements, design specifications, integrations, and data transfers.
- Resolve client escalations and advocate for client satisfaction.
- Manage NetSuite implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and SFDC build-out.
- Present technical concepts, work plans, delivery approaches, milestones, and results.
- Travel minimally and attend client sites occasionally.
