- Identify, evaluate, and understand customer requirements to guide NetSuite set-up, configuration, and customization
- Ensure completion of tasks and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, implementations, and project reviews
- Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client’s infrastructure
- Train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications
- Develop informational reports and financial statements
- Act as ongoing support to existing NetSuite client base and take a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- 5+ Full NetSuite life-cycle implementation experience with OneWorld and SuiteSuccess
- 3 years of NetSuite experience with implementations, configuration, training, and user support
- Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance, or operations
- Experience developing saved searches, customized reports, financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Experience with data cleanup, conversions, import, and validation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
- Experience with NetSuite SRP, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-book, Multi-currency, Consolidation and Eliminations
- Experience with Contract renewals
- Experience with OpenAir
- Experience with SuiteFlow and Reporting
- Experience with Salesforce to NetSuite integrations
- Experience with 3rd party integrations such as Avalara
