Responsibilities
· NetSuite Administration - Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP platform.
o Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom records.
o Maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
o Support release management activities, including sandbox testing, deployment, and documentation.
o Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
· NetSuite Development and Customization - Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.

o Develop dashboards, reporting, and data workflows that improve visibility and decision-making.
· Support Manufacturing and ERP Operations – Support and optimize NetSuite modules related to: Manufacturing, Work orders and assemblies, production planning, inventory management, procurement and purchasing, supply chain operations, order management, and financial management
· Hubspot CRM Integration & Business Process - Partner with Meyer sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support business processes that span Hubspot CRM and NetSuite ERP.
o Maintain and improve integrations between Hubspot CRM and NetSuite ERP.
o Ensure accurate synchronization of customers, contacts, opportunities, orders, and related data.
o Support lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes across both platforms.
· Third Party Applications and Integrations – Support and maintain integrations with: Hubspot CRM, Avalara AvaTrax, shipping and fulfillment providers, EDI platforms, Warehouse and logistics systems.
o Troubleshoot integration issues
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors (RESTlets and SuiteTalk APIs)
o Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
o Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
o Create technical documentation and development.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Minimum of 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
· 2+ years of SuiteScript development experience
· Strong understanding of ERP processes including finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and order management
· Experience supporting NetSuite in manufacturing, and order management
· Experience creating workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and customizations
· Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party application and using APIs and middleware platforms
· Strong analytical, trouble shooting, and problem solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
· NetSuite Administration Certification
· NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
