About the Role
ProofOps is looking for an experienced Netskope Implementation Engineer to join their Technical Delivery team in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end Netskope deployment and onboarding for enterprise customers, as well as supporting pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Netskope deployments from project kickoff to go live
- Configure and onboard customers onto the Netskope platform, including tenant configuration, security policy design, identity provider integration, SIEM integration, and endpoint agent deployment
- Develop technical documentation including High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), project plans, and use case documentation
- Configure and manage Web Filtering policies, SSL Inspection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Threat Protection policies
- Deploy and configure Netskope Private Access (NPA/ZTNA) for secure application access
- Design and implement Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) use cases
- Integrate Netskope with SIEM, SOAR, and ITSM platforms
- Design and execute Netskope Proof of Concept (PoC) environments for customers
- Support sales teams during technical discussions and PoC engagements
- Conduct customer workshops, technical training, and onboarding sessions
- Prepare as built documentation and operational runbooks
- Provide post deployment support and act as a technical escalation point
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in network security or cloud security implementation roles
- Hands on experience deploying and configuring Netskope in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Secure Web Gateway (SWG), proxy architectures, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SASE/SSE frameworks, and cloud security concepts
- Experience with identity integrations (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory), SIEM integrations, SD WAN and SSE integrations, and Remote Browser Isolation (RBI)
- Ability to create HLDs, LLDs, project documentation, and technical reports
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, identity, and cloud security environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
- Must hold at least one of: Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) / Netskope Administrator Accreditation or Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator (NCCSI) / Netskope Integrator Accreditation

Job Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Netskope Implementation Engineer to join our Technical Delivery team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for end to end Netskope deployment and onboarding for enterprise customers, and support pre sales activities.
Key Responsibilities

Required Certifications
- Candidates must hold at least one of the following: Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) / Netskope Administrator Accreditation, or Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator (NCCSI) / Netskope Integrator Accreditation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Forcepoint Web Security, DLP, CASB, NGFW deployments.
- Experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA deployment and administration, Zscaler certifications (ZCCA IA, ZCCA PA, ZCP, ZDTA).
- Experience with Skyhigh Security SWG, CASB, DLP implementation.
- Multi vendor SASE migration projects.
- API based CASB integrations (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Box, etc.).
