Foxhole Technology is seeking a specialized .NET Software Engineer/Developer for an existing program in Northern Virginia in support of a federal agency. The .NET Engineer/Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using the .NET framework. Successful candidate will clearly demonstrate their ability to integrate software solutions with Oracle databases, support production environments, and will also drive data quality. The engineer will work collaboratively in an agile scrum environment, contributing to deployment automation, documentation, and supporting testing activities.

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using the .NET framework. Implement best practices for IIS development, ensuring scalable and secure web application infrastructure. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to NIST security requirements.

Utilize database tools such as SQL Developer, SQL Plus, Toad, and SQL Server Management Studio for development and troubleshooting. Drive data quality initiatives and provide production support for database-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including testers, to swarm stories and resolve issues quickly. Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Provide ongoing support to the testing teams, including troubleshooting, clarifying requirements, and resolving defects to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience with .Net framework
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
Ability to do analysis, design, test and implement IT applications.
