.NET Core Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Essential Functions

• Develop software for new products and applications using C#/.NET Core and other selected languages.
• Serve as a lead software engineer on complex projects and review software architectures, modules, and systems.
• Decompose functional requirements into well-defined tasks and implement appropriate algorithmic solutions.
• Provide peer technical assessments involving expertise areas, new technologies, and software designs.
• Assist with component datasheet review and schematic design review as needed.
• Participate in project leadership and program planning, including technical input to product plans and concept documents.
• Contribute to feasibility decisions, schedule setting, risk assessment, advanced technical research, and process improvements.
• Mentor less experienced Software Engineers and provide on-call support through a rotating schedule for 24/7 operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a listed technical field and at least five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
