- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis
- Maintain up to date knowledge of advances in neonatology and contribute to high standards of care
Requirements
- Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with certification in Pediatrics and Neonatology
- Valid medical license to practice Neonatology in the private healthcare sector
- Proven experience providing neonatal care, with proficiency in managing complex cases
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

- SearchPlus HR is partnering with leading private healthcare institutions to recruit a dedicated Neonatologist.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide specialized neonatal care within a private healthcare setting, delivering high quality medical services to newborn infants, including those who are premature or critically ill.
- As a Neonatologist in private healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in managing and treating newborns requiring intensive care while working closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
