Overview

  • SearchPlus HR is partnering with leading private healthcare institutions to recruit a dedicated Neonatologist.
  • This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide specialized neonatal care within a private healthcare setting, delivering high quality medical services to newborn infants, including those who are premature or critically ill.
  • As a Neonatologist in private healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in managing and treating newborns requiring intensive care while working closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage medical conditions in newborn infants, particularly those needing specialized care.
  • Provide expert care in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) within a private healthcare environment.
  • Monitor infant health through assessments, diagnostic tests, and continuous evaluation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of advances in neonatology and contribute to high standards of care.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with certification in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
  • Valid medical license to practice Neonatology in the private healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience providing neonatal care, with proficiency in managing complex cases.
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and decision making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective family and team interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient centered care.
