Position Overview
Taleb Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Neonatologist for its healthcare team.
The role focuses on care for newborns and premature infants.
Location and Workplace
- The position is located in Qatar.
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or MBBS) with specialization in pediatrics and neonatology.
- Valid QCHP/DHP medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Three to five years of hospital experience as a Neonatologist with NICU experience.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage conditions affecting newborns, including premature and critically ill neonates.
- Provide care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Counsel and support parents regarding neonatal care and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.
