Position overview
To meet production targets, by managing the production equipment, adhering to H&S requirements, meeting PM compliance, improving and securing line efficiency, fault finding and responsible for monthly and weekly maintenance tasks.
This role involves shift work, 12-hour shifts, involving days, nights and weekend working.
Key responsibilities included
- Health and safety checks, work in a safe manor following the company guide lines
- Completion of daily and monthly PM’s
- React to break downs
- Problem solving and identifying faults
- Work within a team, building and sharing knowledge, lead and help the mechanics when needed
- Priorities work to maximise output
- Communicate with your Team Leader, and communicate good and effective hand overs
- Ensure all Quality checks and start up sheets are complete
