Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas
• Cook and prepare fresh pasta dishes, sauces, and Italian specialties.
• Prepare high-quality burgers, sandwiches, and side items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Manage food prep, portioning, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and waste control.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining high standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pizza chef, pasta chef, burger chef, or similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of Neapolitan pizza dough fermentation and baking techniques.
• Experience with pasta preparation and Italian cuisine preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
