Role Overview
Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to support the quality and integrity of engineering and fabrication products.
The role covers non-destructive testing, inspection, reporting, and coordination with clients and third-party inspectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare NDT procedures according to applicable standards and client requirements.
- Perform and supervise DPT, MT, UT, and RT activities at project or job sites.
- Prepare detailed NDT reports and submit them to third-party inspectors and clients.
- Witness NDT activities during third-party inspector and client inspections.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment.
- Identify structural and material defects and interpret NDT results accurately.
- Conduct weld inspection and testing for welder qualification.
- Train NDT Level I personnel and demonstrate NDT methods to clients.
- Respond to client and third-party inspector queries about NDT procedures and reports.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Maintain project status reports and communicate departmental activities to management.
- Allocate work responsibilities during manpower shortages.
