Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure
- Promote Iconic NDT's products, services, and inspection solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in NDT or inspection services in the UAE
- Strong understanding of NDT methods, equipment, or inspection services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings
