About the Role

  • Iconic NDT is looking for a dynamic and results driven NDT Sales Manager to lead business development and drive sales growth across the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Non Destructive Testing (NDT) products and services, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure.
  • Promote Iconic NDT's products, services, and inspection solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the NDT, inspection services in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of NDT methods, equipment, or inspection services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is must.
  • Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings and business development.
