Role Overview
VAM Systems is seeking an NCR ATM operations support consultant for its Qatar operations.
The role provides Level 1 analysis and operational support for NCR ATM software.
Responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on analysis and feedback.
- Support operations projects and provide support for operational issues.
- Support deployment of patches and development releases according to SIT/UAT progress.
- Support production fixes according to SIT/UAT progress.
- Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
- Complete assigned technical requests.
Joining Time Frame
- The expected joining time frame is two weeks, with a maximum of one month.
Requirements
- Availability to join within two weeks, with a maximum joining timeframe of one month.
