If you’ve got high energy, strong attention to detail and a passion for educating the market, this role could be just for you. As National Trainer in the North American Educational Services organization, you will own, manage and execute a variety of strategic initiatives.
This role reports to the Chelmsford, MA based Educational Services organization and is responsible for the execution of delivery within the Academy team. You will work to provide a consistently branded and streamlined educational offering to support other N. American regional teams.
As National Trainer , you will impact the success and value provided by North American Axis Communications’ Academy program. The Academy includes in-person classroom-based training and virtual with more than 10,000 customers trained annually.

Responsibilities
- Deliver educational offerings for strategic partners and end customer accounts
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions through a variety of mediums, including instructor-led classes and virtual sessions
- Estimated 80-90% Platform Utilization
