Job Overview

Main Duties

• Communicate with guests and team members in a friendly, helpful, and cheerful manner.
• Represent and promote Roxy Cinemas and Meraas Leisure & Entertainment positively.
• Enforce cinema rules and manage crowds efficiently to support guest safety and enjoyment.
• Handle guest requests, enquiries, and cinema information services.
• Secure cash, ticket stubs, and equipment, and operate the automated ticketing system.
• Perform front-of-house duties and assist with cinema operations as required.
• Assist with delivery and dispatch of materials when the Duty Manager is absent.
• Support cinema advertising and promotional events.
• Handle daily accounting and end-of-shift financial matters.
