Company Description

  • AAA has a nationwide network of sales, service, and parts centers, focusing on customer satisfaction and tailored solutions.

Role Description

  • Lead and grow parts sales across the Kingdom, overseeing national sales strategies for parts.
  • Manage key accounts and develop distribution plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and parts centers to ensure consistent service and product availability.
  • Set sales forecasts, review performance metrics, prepare reports, and coach sales team members.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and aftersales teams to align inventory levels and support customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in national or regional parts sales management, preferably in automotive or industrial distribution.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, territory management, and account development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and optimizing pricing.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of parts operations, inventory management, and coordination with service and logistics functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, ERP or inventory platforms, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or automotive distribution are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the KSA market and relevant regulatory or commercial practices; fluency in English required, Arabic beneficial.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel within the Kingdom as needed.
