Responsibilities
- Support National Marketing Managers, with all areas of marketing including events, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, publicity, digital marketing, website, social media, lead tracking and reporting
- Assist, develop, and track the day-to-day administration of Clients and Services marketing campaigns, tactics, and assets
- Provide assistance in collating metrics among multiple channels
- Gather and compile market research for planning purposes
- Assist with the coordination of client prospect programs, including updating and maintaining databases, client lists, and preparing materials for distribution to clients
- Update financial tracking documents and other marketing documents including campaign materials; providing updates as required
- Consolidate monthly spending by submitting, organizing, and tracking invoices and updating monthly budgets
- Engage and build relationships amongst national marketing, creative and regional marketing team members
- Leverage marketing reporting, tools, and research for the Clients and Services team
Skills and Experience
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or other related field
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing capacity, and a demonstrated understanding of the marketing process and project coordination
- Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative skills, including organization, attention to detail, and prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be part of a highly collaborative team where the expectation is that everyone participates in the team’s success, regardless of seniority
