Commitment and Compensation
- The role starts part-time at 10–15 hours per week and is intended to scale to a 60% commitment within 6–12 months.
- Compensation is based on executive revenue sharing and equity-style business ownership, with no base salary or hourly wage.
- Revenue is shared directly, with uncapped upside tied to the value and impact generated by the national network.

The role is responsible for recruiting City or Local CEOs and building national infrastructure and sales pipelines.
The network includes Wellness for Impact, AI for Impact, Beyond Sustainability Coaching Coalition, and Social Impact Coaching Coalition.
How You Build the National Footprint
- Recruit, onboard, and empower high-performing executive leaders to run local chapters in major cities.
- Oversee the national rollout of four specialized divisions through city leaders.
- Develop national corporate, organizational, and institutional relationships to generate lead flow for city chapters.
- Integrate the role into an existing or newly built coaching, consulting, or executive search enterprise when applicable.
- Operate the national business with broad discretion and autonomy.
What They Look For
- A proven record of identifying and recruiting C-suite or high-level talent is required.
- The ability to build national sales funnels and close enterprise-level deal flow is required.
- Strong experience in executive leadership, corporate strategy, sustainability, or scaling multi-market networks is required.
- The candidate must commit 10–15 hours per week initially and scale to a 60% commitment within 6–12 months.
