National Advisor Recruitment Consultant

Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services distribution, advisor recruitment, business development, or related sales leadership roles.

Proven success as a financial advisor, sales leader, advisor recruiter, or business development professional.

Strong understanding of advisor career pathways, advisor recruitment practices, and sales pipeline management.

Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing sales professionals is strongly preferred.

LLQP licensed, or previous experience obtaining and maintaining an LLQP license, is considered an asset.

Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.

Strong consulting and influencing capabilities.

Ability to translate complex sales concepts into practical, actionable guidance.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.

Highly collaborative with strong judgment and business acumen.

Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance challenges, and recommend solutions.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
