- Patience, reliability, and a calm approach to routines, behavior, and safety are required.
- Good communication skills in English are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous nanny or childcare experience with family or employer references is preferred.
- Relevant childcare, first aid, or CPR training or certification is highly beneficial.
