- Maintain appointment schedules and manage salon supplies and inventory
- Communicate any resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate staff
- Ensure compliance with community policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a Licensed technician per state requirements
- At least 6 months of experience as a nail technician preferred
- Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans

Position Summary
- Seek a compassionate Licensed Nail Technician to provide high quality care and services to residents.
- Operate a nail technician station with a rent of $500/month split between two technicians; rent special available.
- Salon is newly remodeled with basic equipment; open 5 days a week, 8 hours a day with minimum 2 walk in days.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide manicures, pedicures, nail trims, regular polish, gel polish, acrylics, dips with removal services.
- Create a welcoming, relaxing salon experience tailored to older adults.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and sanitation per state cosmetology board requirements.
- Build positive relationships with residents, family members, and team members.
- Maintain appointment schedules and manage salon supplies and inventory.
- Communicate any resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate staff.
- Ensure compliance with community policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Licensed technician per state requirements.
- At least 6 months of experience as a nail technician preferred.
- Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations and treat residents with respect and dignity.
