- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role
- 3-4 years experience as a Nail Technician
- Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, and nail extension techniques
- Ability to perform nail art and all types of hand/foot treatments
- Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to recommend nail care products and treatments
- Certification or relevant beauty/nail technician qualification preferred
- Ability to bring in customers
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Good knowledge of salon tools and equipment maintenance
