A Nail Specialist is responsible for providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail treatments, and enhancements.
The role focuses on maintaining nail health while delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application
- Apply nail enhancements such as gel, acrylic, and extensions
- Provide nail care treatments to improve nail and skin health
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable nail styles and treatments
- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards for tools and equipment
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and professional
- Stay updated with latest nail care techniques and industry trends
- Promote nail care products and services to clients
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client retention
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Specialist, Nail Technician, or similar role
- Certification or training in nail care or cosmetology preferred
- Knowledge of nail health, treatments, and products
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Good communication and customer service skills
