Role Overview

  • As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for active home sales and achieving your own sales targets.
  • You will be at the core of customer work, acting as the company's business card in customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Home sales and achieving personal sales targets
  • Property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Customer service
  • Collaboration with sales director and team
  • Participation in product development from customer perspective
  • Sales reporting and self management

We Expect From You

  • At least 5 years of experience in home sales with proven results
  • Activity, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work in a fast paced organization with high goals
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Accuracy and carefulness, also under pressure
  • Team player attitude and willingness to help others
  • Reliability and ability to handle confidential information
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn continuously, and ability to work in a fast environment
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing situations

Working Style
