The MYHR Specialist provides comprehensive support across all areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Services, and HR Operations.

Serving as a primary resource for employees, leaders, candidates, and external partners, this role delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

The MYHR Specialist supports daily HR operations, maintains employee records and systems, and contributes to an exceptional employee experience that reflects and promotes UC Health's PRIIDE Core Values.

Part-Time PRN Schedule: Expected schedule is 20 hours per week (4 hours on Friday, 8 hours on Saturday, and 8 hours on Sunday).

Consistent hours are anticipated during our peak season, October through December.

After December 31, hours are available on an as-needed basis and may vary depending on business needs.

Remote Position: Work is performed remotely in OH, IN, or KY.

Candidates must be able to travel onsite for equipment pickup, training, or other occasional business needs.
