Job Overview
- Full Time Music Coordinator to commence employment on 1 September 2026.
- Plays a key strategic and operational role within the Music Department.
Role Description
- Leading and managing core administrative, communications, and logistical functions.
- Ensuring smooth and innovative coordination of instrumental teaching, events, projects, and publicity.
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written, visual, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- High proficiency with digital tools including Google Suite, Excel, SOCS, Canva (or equivalent).
- Ideally have their own sponsorship.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday 7:15am until 3pm and Friday 7:15am until 11:30am.
- Evenings and weekend requirements due to concerts and performances.
