Project Description
Luxoft Financial Services has one of the world's leading Murex practices, providing end-to-end project services and delivering over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.
Responsibilities
- Collect expectations and requirements of the customer
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Review UI/UX designs
- Manage best practices and ensure these practices are used
- Understand the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business client
- Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines
- Manage customer expectations
- Create and review specifications (user stories)
- Gather business requirements through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc.
- Analyze as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
- Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
- Provide regular status reporting
Qualifications
- Experience with Murex and BA; FO, BO experience preferred with strong Capital Markets knowledge
- 7+ years experience as a BA on IT projects
