Role Overview

  • Responsible for culture, leadership, and direction of stores
  • Ensures team engagement, execution of goals, and brand experience

Strategy & Operations

  • Implement operations strategy in coherence with brand image
  • Plan, implement, control, and adjust operational strategy objectives
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and best practices

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of branch managers
  • Head country's retail stores team to deliver brand story and customer experience
  • Establish clear team objectives and individual goals

Financial Management

  • Analyze financial data and develop action plans
  • Forecast sales yearly, seasonally, monthly, weekly, daily
  • Prepare annual budgets and business operating plans
  • Present monthly, quarterly, annual targets for revenue, profits, cash
  • Achieve financial KPIs set by management

Business Development

  • Propose business partnerships and co planning
  • Develop mechanisms for identifying and securing business growth opportunities

Store Operations

  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Propose special promotions, displays, and events
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor competitors
  • Initiate changes to improve business (opening hours, shifts, staff density)

Project Management

  • Work from concept design to occupancy
  • Review design, interpret project scope, resolve issues
  • Represent company in project meetings
  • Ensure timely availability of required information, designs, materials

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years experience in the coffee industry
  • Experience in handling projects from scratch / developed a brand / established a chain of cafes
  • Bachelor's degree / Higher diploma
  • Excellent reporting, organization, networking, analysis skills
