Requirements
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
Strong electrical fault-finding, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
Broad knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems.
Experience working within commercial, scientific, laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or high-specification building environments.
Ability to work independently and confidently on your own or as part of a team.
Experience managing contractors and overseeing permit-to-work activities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance and support.
Experience within highly regulated environments.
IOSH Working Safely or equivalent health and safety qualification.
Benefits
We offer the following benefits:
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) + Travel Allowance and Bonus
Enhanced holiday. Our annual leave allowance is 25 days plus 8 bank holidays and an additional 3 days between Christmas and New Year. You will also have the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave in January and July.

Working Together – What It Involves:
You must have the right to work permanently in the UK with a willingness to travel as necessary. In certain cases, we can consider sponsorship, and this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You will live in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford (or be willing to relocate) and can commit to being onsite during your working week.
Please note this position is a weekend working shift and will include working Saturdays and Sundays. Please only apply if you can commit to this in advance.
