1. Design & Brand Execution
- Design marketing assets across the full range: paid social and display creative, landing page and website assets, email and CRM templates, presentations, brochures, and print collateral.
- Produce product and interface visuals for MH Markets, working from wireframes or written briefs.
- Apply and protect brand consistency across every channel and market including asset audits, template rebuilds and staged rollout.
- Build and maintain reusable template systems so regional teams can localise routine assets without a new brief each time.
2. Video & Motion
- Plan, shoot and edit video content for campaigns, social channels, events and internal communications — including studio and on-location shoots at our Dubai office.
- Edit to a finished standard: cutting, colour correction, audio mixing, subtitling and platform-specific delivery.
- Create motion graphics and animation — explainer sequences, data and chart animation, lower thirds, logo and transition systems.
- Produce short-form vertical video as a primary format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and regional platforms, not as an afterthought cut down from landscape.
- Capture and edit event content, including the Dubai Forex Expo and regional seminars, with fast turnaround for same-day social publishing.
3. Arabic & MENA Localisation
- Own Arabic creative quality across all formats — RTL layout and composition, Arabic typography and type pairing, correct rendering and diacritics, and natural on-screen copy.
- Adapt global campaigns for MENA rather than translating them: casting, visual references, colour and symbolism, tone, and regional platform conventions.
