Role Overview
Hands-on Multi Technician and Maintenance Executive responsible for facility operations, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technician supervision.
The role is focused on minimizing downtime through maintenance execution and efficient technician management.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance across the facility.
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and maintain critical machinery.
- Implement and track preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise, train, and assign work to the on-site technician team.
- Maintain logs, track inventory, and coordinate specialized repairs with external vendors.
- Repair electrical and electronic faults and schedule daily work for junior technicians.
Requirements
- Valid PWD Supervisor / Wireman Licence is mandatory.
- ITI certificate, diploma, or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in facility or maintenance work.
- Proficiency in reading electrical circuits and troubleshooting electronics.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
