- Perform routine maintenance tasks in holiday homes, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize potential problems and extend the life of equipment
- Coordinate with other team members to schedule maintenance tasks and assignments
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to provide updates on maintenance work
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi technician or similar role

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
