We’re seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer service.

Drive metropolitan routes 5 days per week

Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.

Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg – an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.

Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.

Complete daily vehicle checks and ensures roadworthiness and cleanliness.

Represent Shred-X professionally on-site, ensuring top-tier customer interaction.

Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client-specific procedures.

A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) truck license with a clean driving history.

Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g. freight or removalist-style work).

Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
