- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with sustainability focused practices
- Previous experience in facility management in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, hybrid role for Multi Skilled Technicians based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work from home tasks.
- Day to day responsibilities include performing building and facility maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, and carrying out HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry tasks.
- Technicians will conduct planned preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and support both major and minor refurbishments.
- The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, coordinating with supervisors and clients, and adhering to sustainability and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
