About the Role
Blue Sky General Maintenance Co. LLC seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician/Mason in Abu Dhabi to perform masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works. Candidates need 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and a technical certification.

Responsibilities
- Perform block work, brickwork, and plastering
- Carry out tile installation (floor & wall), grouting, and finishing
- Execute minor concrete works, screeding, and repairs
- Conduct waterproofing repairs (bathrooms, roofs, balconies)
- Repair cracks, leakages, and damaged civil elements
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs (leak fixing, pipe replacement, unclogging)
- Install/replace sanitary fixtures (washbasin, WC, mixers, faucets)
- Troubleshoot water pressure and drainage issues
- Perform minor carpentry repairs (doors, cabinets, hinges, locks)
- Install and fix wooden fittings and fixtures
- Carry out surface preparation (sanding, putty, primer) and internal/external painting works
- Respond to maintenance complaints and service requests
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi skilled technician/mason
- Strong knowledge in masonry and tiling, basic plumbing systems, carpentry works, painting and finishing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of drawings and maintenance procedures
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Physically fit for site work
- Technical certification in civil, plumbing, or maintenance works preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience (FM or maintenance company preferred)
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
