Working as part of Edrington's Global Supply Chain function, you will use your technical expertise, problem-solving skills and passion for continuous improvement to identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime and drive operational excellence. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Operations and other stakeholders, you will provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges while contributing to the delivery of our safety, quality and service objectives.
As a Multi-Skilled Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in improving equipment reliability, performance and efficiency across our bottling, luxury products and warehousing operations. You'll use data-driven insights, technical expertise and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and drive operational excellence.
Analyse equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Use condition monitoring techniques and predictive maintenance technologies to proactively detect and prevent equipment failures.
Enhance maintenance strategies and asset care standards, ensuring maintenance activities deliver maximum value and support operational performance.
Lead and support root cause investigations into significant equipment failures, identifying sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations and Stores teams to optimise spare parts strategies and improve equipment availability.
Provide hands-on technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex or high-impact equipment issues.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements in safety, quality, service and equipment performance.
Support the development of engineering capability through the creation of best practice guidance and delivery of technical training.
Contribute to a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safe working practices, supporting audits and risk assessments, and actively promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business, participating in operational reviews and improvement activities that help deliver our Global Supply Chain objectives.
