Responsibilities
- Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks for residential, commercial, and office properties.
- Diagnose faults and repair plumbing, electrical, and AC systems.
- Conduct AC servicing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and gas checking.
- Perform painting, touch ups, wall repair, and finishing works.
- Handle emergency maintenance requests when required.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients professionally.
- Report material requirements and maintenance issues.
- Follow company policies and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Maintenance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Valid UAE driving license (must).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, AC/HVAC servicing and repairs, painting, and general maintenance works.
- Ability to read and understand maintenance drawings, manuals, and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Maintenance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Previous UAE/GCC experience in maintenance services, facilities management, or property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, AC/HVAC servicing and repairs, painting, and general maintenance works.
- Valid UAE driving license (is a must please do not apply if you do not have a driving license)
- Ability to read and understand maintenance drawings, manuals, and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
