APEX TECH Facilities Management is seeking a hands-on Multi Skilled Field Technical Supervisor in Riyadh.

The role is full-time and permanent within Operations - Hard Services and Maintenance.

This is a field-based, mobile position leading a multi-trade technical team on site.

Minimum 8 years of FM or MEP maintenance experience, including at least 2 years leading a field team.
Certificate or diploma in an electrical, mechanical, or MEP discipline.
English is required for reading, writing, and completing technical documents.
Valid and transferable Iqama is required for the role.
The supervisor must be an experienced, qualified multi-skilled technical team leader with a hands-on approach.

Perform LV electrical maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, cabling, terminations, and electrical troubleshooting for fire alarm and CCTV systems.
Maintain HVAC systems, including filters, drains, coils, and fault identification.
Perform and supervise plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor civil works.
Read electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, HVAC drawings, and as-built plans.
