Responsibilities
- Carry out general carpentry and home maintenance works
- Install, repair, and adjust wooden doors, frames, locks, hinges, and related accessories
- Assemble, install, repair, and modify different types of furniture
- Carry out gypsum board installation, partition, ceiling, and repair works
- Perform cabinet, shelving, wardrobe, and decorative woodwork installation
- Repair damaged wooden fixtures and complete minor finishing works
- Carry out general painting, touch up, surface preparation, and repainting works
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare materials required for each job
- Use carpentry tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance technicians
- Complete assigned works neatly, efficiently, and according to customer requirements
- Maintain professional and polite communication while working inside customers' villas and properties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in carpentry and home maintenance works
- Good experience in door installation, furniture assembly, and general woodwork
- Practical experience in gypsum board and ceiling works
- Ability to carry out painting and finishing works
- Ability to take accurate measurements and work independently
- Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Responsible, disciplined, presentable, and polite when dealing with customers
- Previous UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference
