Multi-Outlet Manager (Kuwait)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage outlet teams to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain outlet concept identity, service sequence, ambience, presentation, and brand standards.
• Manage Italian dining concepts with attention to menu knowledge, service style, guest interaction, and authentic experience.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Italian Chef, Beverage Manager, Events team, Stewarding, and other departments.
• Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints, and implement service recovery when required.
• Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, grooming, attendance, and performance.
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and service quality checks.
• Monitor revenue, upselling, cost control, inventory, breakage, wastage, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, safety, and hotel operating standards.
• Review menus, promotions, guest preferences, and market trends to support business growth.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, team engagement, and service improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of food and beverage operations experience, including 2–3 years in multi-outlet management.
• Prior luxury hotel experience is required.
• Experience with Italian restaurant concepts or Italian fine dining operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of luxury food and beverage service, restaurant operations, beverage service, and guest experience management is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are required.
• Business acumen in revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting is required.
• The candidate must be guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-pressure operations.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Italian is advantageous.
• The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, and hotel operating platforms is preferred.
