Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations of multiple departments: Coffee Shop, Grocery Store, Gift Wrapping & Retail Services, Laundry Operations, Catering Services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Control operational costs and improve profitability
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and business regulations
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager, or General Manager
- Experience managing multiple business units or retail/hospitality operations
- Strong knowledge of coffee shop, grocery, catering, laundry, or retail businesses
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of sales, inventory control, and financial management
- Ability to multitask and manage different departments simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
