Role Overview

  • Oversee and manage multiple business departments: Coffee Shop, Grocery Store, Gift Wrapping Services, Laundry Operations, and Catering Services.
  • Ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service knowledge, and ability to manage daily operations, staff, inventory, sales, and business growth across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of multiple departments: Coffee Shop Operations, Grocery Store Management, Gift Wrapping & Retail Services, Laundry Operations, Catering Services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
  • Control operational costs and improve profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and business regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager, or General Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple business units or retail/hospitality operations.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee shop, grocery, catering, laundry, or retail businesses.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of sales, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage different departments simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
