Role Overview
The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and CRM technical development.
The stated experience range is 5–12 years.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure, design, build, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service applications.
- Use Power Platform components and integrate CRM applications with other systems.
- Complete development tasks within defined timelines.
- Prepare technical architecture, designs, and documentation.
- Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing.
- Support user training, code propagation, defect fixing, and data migration.
Technical Requirements
- Working knowledge of Power Platform components.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET.
