As a Problem Manager within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design and implement robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. You will enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. By leveraging a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques, you will generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.
