The employer is recruiting a Senior MS Dynamics Technical Analyst for an Ottawa-based client.
The role combines Dynamics CRM knowledge with business analysis, configuration, testing, and process improvement.
Duties
- Identify stakeholders and gather, document, and evaluate business needs.
- Recommend Dynamics CRM features and process changes that improve workflows.
- Translate requirements into system enhancements and guide design and configuration.
- Develop test scripts, test configuration changes, and support user acceptance testing.
- Execute application changes within project scope and timelines.
- Raise risks and assess cross-functional impacts of proposed business-process changes.
Candidate requirements
- Possess or be eligible to obtain PWGSC Secret Clearance.
- Have Dynamics CRM application knowledge and the ability to understand business-unit challenges.
- Be able to gather and translate business requirements into enhancements and process improvements.
- Be able to support design, configuration, testing, UAT, and risk management.
- Candidates must be permitted to work in Canada.
