Role overview
Senior Systems Engineer responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture, customization, integration, reporting, administration, and application support.
Responsibilities
- Participate in design sessions and document business processes and system requirements.
- Architect CRM customizations and reports to model business processes.
- Configure forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, and solution deployments.
- Develop PowerApps models, Microsoft Flow automations, Azure Data Factory pipelines, and FetchXML reports.
- Resolve CRM technical issues, maintain GitHub source control, administer the system with the CRM SDK, and fix application issues.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
- 12+ years of recent Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM project experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC, SQL Server, plugins, scripting, and form creation.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SSIS, Azure deployment pipelines, and GitHub.
- Experience with CRM APIs, REST/OData, SOAP endpoints, security groups, roles, and teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical specifications.
