MS Dynamics CRM Tester – Airline Booking Domain

Role Overview

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of software testing or QA experience.
• Hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong airline booking or reservation domain experience.
• Knowledge of flight booking, reservations, ticketing, check-in, payments, loyalty, cancellations, and ancillary services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit and Maven or Gradle.
• API testing experience using Postman or REST Assured.
• SQL experience for backend or data validation.
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing experience.
• Good communication and onsite/offshore coordination skills.
• Candidates must have Dynamics CRM testing, airline booking or reservation domain, and Selenium Java automation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows, integrations, and business processes.
• Automate regression scenarios using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Validate end-to-end airline booking and reservation journeys.
• Test integrations with booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty systems, and APIs.
• Perform API and SQL or database validation.
• Support defect management, UAT, and production release validation.

Compensation

• Budget is up to AED 15,000–20,000 per month, inclusive of all.

Work Arrangement

• Work from the Abu Dhabi office five days per week.
