Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Validate end to end airline booking workflows including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check in, loyalty programs, cancellations, and customer service modules
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, automation suites, and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories
- Test CRM integrations with airline systems such as booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third party APIs
- Perform API testing using Postman/REST clients
- Execute SQL queries for backend data validation
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners across onsite (Abu Dhabi) and offshore teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release cycles
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Support UAT cycles, production release validation, and automation regression execution

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain and Automation Testing using Selenium Java to join our QA team.
- The role involves validating CRM workflows, integrations, and end to end airline booking journeys across web, mobile, API, and automation frameworks while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
