About the Role
Paradigm Global Consulting seeks a Lead CRM Developer with 7-10 years of MS Dynamics experience and airline booking background. The role involves leading development, customizations, and integrations using Power Platform and Dataverse.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database to support marketing technology stack and business processes
- Review and create CRM customizations including form/entity updates, business process flows, PowerApps solutions, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces, SQL updates, and reporting technologies
- Own processes driven by Microsoft Dynamics CRM database, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements
- Troubleshoot data integrity, errors, and performance issues
- Act as a lead for developers and provide oversight and recommendations on development

- Experience with implementing third party integrations into and out Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database to support the marketing technology stack and business processes as directed by the Marketing Technology Manager and CRM Product Owner
- Review and create CRM customizations including: Form/entity updates, Business process flows, PowerApps solutions, Power Automate flows, Custom HTML interfaces (web resources), SQL updates, And various reporting technologies like Power BI and SSRS
- Own processes driven and dependent on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements
- Troubleshoot data integrity, errors, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM performance issues
- Pressure testing of development for scalable solutions
- Partner with Product Owner, marketing automation team, analysts, and Marketing Technology Manager for developing reporting and streamlined business processes
- Act as a lead for developers and provide oversite and recommendations on development
- Act as a change agent by identifying and implementing appropriate improvements ensuring processes are automated and can scale at an enterprise level
- This also includes staying current with technology and cloud trends
- Translate and design solutions for business requirements / user stories based on direction from Product Owner
