- Implement best practices for high speed engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul, incorporating stakeholder feedback
- Work with different teams to ensure daily MRO activities meet targets and minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust high speed engines and associated equipment during complex MRO activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety of engine MRO operations
- Monitor and analyze engine performance data to proactively address potential issues and optimize maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with engineering and related teams to evaluate and test new tools, technologies, and techniques
- Ensure all MRO activities comply with regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards
- Document and share MRO insights, lessons learned, and recommended changes to continuously improve capabilities
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant technician role in high speed engine industry
- Extensive hands on experience in MRO of advanced high speed engines
- Proficient in use of advanced diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and specialized tools for engine MRO
- Strong mechanical skills to repair and dismantle complex machinery
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with maintenance management software, computerized maintenance systems, and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
- Thorough understanding of quality management principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, OEM)
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good written and spoken English

Job Purpose / Objective
- The MRO Technician ensures that the equipment performs at desired safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
- He/she utilizes operation knowledge and experience to provide technical and mechanical problem solving to optimize run time and productivity.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement best practices for high speed engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
- Work with different related teams to ensure daily MRO activities are meeting targets and minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust high speed engines and associated equipment during complex MRO activities based on work process data.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety of engine MRO operations.
- Monitor and analyze engine performance data to proactively address potential issues and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and related teams to evaluate and test new tools, technologies, and techniques.
- Ensure all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards.
- Document and share MRO insights, lessons learned, and recommended changes to continuously improve capabilities.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant technician role in a related high speed engine industry.
Technical Competencies
- Extensive hands on experience in MRO of advanced, high speed engines with deep understanding of engine systems, components, and failure modes.
- Proficient in use of advanced diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and specialized tools for engine MRO (borescopes, vibration analysis, engine parameter monitoring).
- Strong mechanical skills to repair and dismantle complex machinery and equipment, with experience in automated assembly setup.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities to quickly identify root causes and propose data driven solutions.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software, computerized maintenance systems, and data analysis techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Thorough understanding of quality management principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, OEM standards).
- Effective communication skills to coordinate cross functional teams; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting complex engine schematics, technical manuals, engineering drawings, and regulatory documents.
